Justin A. Wilkes, M.Ed., attended Longwood University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration; Marketing and, shortly after, obtained a Master of Science in Education; Community and College Counseling. In his professional tenure, Justin has served for over four years in K-12 education as a high school teacher, coach and guidance counselor, amongst various other roles served. Across the spectrum of student and academic affairs at the collegiate level, his experiences, expanding over ten years, includes work in Financial Aid, Admissions, Residence Life, Greek Life and Academic Advising; A notable footnote in Justin’s post-secondary educational background is his participation in the nationally acclaimed teacher preparation/leadership program entitled Call Me MISTER. He has been a member of the Student Transition Program staff since the fall of 2012. |
